A tax specialist with over 20 years of experience, she has a broad practice in the tax field, which includes tax consulting on strategic and routine matters, tax and estate planning, as well as litigation in both the judicial and administrative spheres. She holds a law degree from PUC-SP and a Master’s in International Taxation from Northwestern University in Chicago (USA), and won first place in the 15th LLM Student Competition sponsored by the American Bar Association. She is also a TEP member (Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner), an international certification for wealth management advisory services. With experience at a Big Four audit firm and law firms, she implements and participates in the restructuring of operations and asset reorganizations in Brazil and abroad, identifies and validates tax opportunities and tax benefits (special regimes), conducts the assessment and monetization of tax credits, provides tax advisory services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and conducts strategic tax arguments before judicial and administrative courts.

Having been responsible for the structuring, sale, acquisition, and restructuring of various companies in Brazil and having participated in one of the country’s largest judicial reorganizations, she possesses extensive experience in business management, project management, and leading multidisciplinary teams, as well as in investor and shareholder relations. A professional with outstanding expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution through dialogue and the creation of agreements between the parties involved, she holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from PUC-SP, teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Law, and is a judicial and extrajudicial mediator certified by Mediativa - SP.
