Mediation

We serve as mediators in judicial and extrajudicial mediation of family or business disputes, acting as neutral and impartial facilitators of dialogue between the parties, so that they may independently reach a resolution to the impasse arising from family, inheritance, corporate, or business matters. Our goal in mediation is to help the parties identify their common, complementary, and divergent interests, as well as alternatives for resolving the conflict at hand, thereby aiming to build agreements that align with the wishes, interests, and needs of all involved. We also act as attorneys in judicial and extrajudicial mediations, supporting our clients throughout this process and helping to ensure that the goal of mediation is achieved by reaching a solution that is faster and less emotionally and financially burdensome for the parties in conflict.
